Just Us.

First of all i think its great that Mel has set up this blog and i think we should all utilize it as much as we can.

So as far as Just Us is going things have been moving slowly. Simon left to start his own business in Torpoint leaving Will and myself in charge. We are currently in the process of recruiting new members and a call for submissions pack has been produced detailing the collective, all we have achieved and the plans we have for the future. This can be viewed by visiting our website here

As far as work goes Will and myself have found it very hard to land a job and we have plans of starting our business meaning we can focus on Just Us in our spare time, hopefully over the next year or so we will implement changes that will help it grow into something that can make money in order to sustain what we are doing in the long term.

So i guess its just a "watch this space" from me and if anyone has any advice or wants to get involved then please contact myself or Will on info@justusdesigncollective.com

OK, Question One:

Over the last 6 months I grew a little older…what did you do?

Please post up your response to the above question and, as with this post, please ensure one of the labels for your post  is 'question one' to help in the archiving of the blog

Thank you!

London Exhibition

Just Us Collective exhibition, entitled 'KK Job Centre', features the best of this year's graduate graphic designers and illustrators from across the UK. It will take place at the new London offices of KesselsKramer in July.

The exhibition theme is a job shop, with tongue-in-cheek references to the social and economic problems associated with the current recession. The interior of KK Outlet at 42 Hoxton Square in London will be transformed into a mock job centre with disgruntled job seekers and queues leading nowhere.
